Schaefer Family Reunion -- 2007

JULY 20-22,
IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY!

The Reunion Committee would like to share some plans for the 2007 Schaefer Family Reunion.

A block of rooms is being held for us at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Lakeside Hotel St. Louis. There are 10 rooms for Thursday, July 19, for the early birds and 30 rooms for all of us on Friday and Saturday nights. The special "Schaefer Family Reunion" rate is $85.00 (plus tax) per night (king or two doubles.) Be sure to request the "Schaefer Family Reunion" rate when you call 888-627-7064 because the hotel's normal rate is $149.00.
The hotel's website is www.sheratonwestport.com but be aware that there are two Sheraton Westport hotels and we are at the Sheraton Chalet Lakeside Hotel, not the Plaza Hotel.

Wearing our reunion shirts, we'll meet in our hospitality room on Friday at 5:00 to take pictures and walk to Ozzie's, a casual sports-themed restaurant. Everyone can order from the menu, which lists items ranging from $6.50 to $14.00. We'll walk back to the hospitality room for Blue Bunny ice cream! On Saturday, we can have fun hanging out in the hospitality room or beside the pool or some may choose to sightsee during the day. We'll have maps and suggestions. Saturday evening at 6:00 pm we'll have dinner in the hotel. The banquet is $30 per adult mean' a child's meal is $15. Reserve now by calling or emailing June. The hotel needs the final banquet count by July 15, 2007. Pay Shirley when you get to the reunion. Sunday morning brunch will be at Shirley & Alan's house in Chesterfield; maps will be available.

To get our special hotel rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 pm June 1, 2007. After that our block will be sold at the regular room rate, so reserve NOW. If your plans change, you can cancel up to 4:00 pm on the date of arival.
